ORIGINAL PRINTS

I sell original prints which means that each piece is an artwork in its own right, hand-crafted using skilled manual printmaking techniques from start to finish by me. I will only send you pieces made by hand, by me, and never a computer generated reproduction.

The nature of handmade prints means that within a limited edition series there may be tiny variations between each edition number - which is part of the magic and makes each one unique! The edition number you receive may be different from that illustrated on my shop page. All computer screens are different and colours may vary slightly in real life.

Unless otherwise stated, the collective content of this site - including all design, imagery, video, text, photography and graphics - is the sole property of Francis Allwood and is protected by copyright and trademark laws and intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reproduced without Francis Allwood's direct permission - contact here to discuss.

POSTAGE

Shipping is FREE to the UK for most prints. **However for framed large prints there will be a £10 delivery charge due to increased packaging and postage costs.

Framed prints with glass glazing cannot be covered for damage when posting so please bear this in mind if ordering a framed print; I take every care to ensure a well packaged print and I cannot be held accountable if glazing arrives damaged (though of course we strive for this never to happen!).

Greetings cards are posted Royal Mail First Class for a flat fee of £3.

I aim to post within 3 days of purchase - please do get in touch if you need your print in a hurry!

Please contact me if you require international postage info - buyer will be responsible for any extra charges incurred when posting abroad.

RETURNS

I really want you to love your original print. If you are truly unhappy with your purchase, please do contact me and we can sort out a solution.

If a return is the only option, it must be made within 14 days and posted with a tracked, signed for, delivery service; I cannot guarantee that I will receive items left on my doorstep. The item must be in good clean condition, within the original packaging. I cannot refund the original postage cost, nor can I cover the cost of return postage.
